A graduate of Texas State University, Carson quickly built a reputation for turning challenges into opportunities. From managing a busy riverfront team of 20 during college to becoming a top sales performer at Dell for four consecutive years, he’s demonstrated a consistent ability to earn trust and deliver results. He believes insurance is building lasting relationships that give clients confidence and peace of mind. Whether helping a company navigate complex accounts or guiding an individual business owner through coverage choices, he tailors every conversation to each client’s needs and communication style.
Dedicated to ongoing learning, Carson holds both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses and stays current on insurance products and regulations through continuous education and industry research. Outside of work, Carson lives an active lifestyle rooted in discipline and balance. He’s a devoted early riser who never misses his 5 AM workouts, enjoys running, paddleboarding, and wake surfing, and loves spending time outdoors with his two Siberian Huskies. Whether on the water, the golf course, or traveling with family, he brings the same commitment and enthusiasm to life that he offers his clients every day.
