With almost 30 years in the insurance industry, Jeff Kloc brings an extensive amount of knowledge as a Benefits Consultant.

He began his career in Austin in 1992 when he worked as an Account Executive at PCA Health Plans of Texas.  He quickly became the top Account Executive and he learned in detail how medical carriers underwrite and process claims.  He then used that knowledge to become a Benefits Consultant in 1997 and has helped hundreds of clients recruit and retain top talent by designing competitive benefits plans.

Jeff specializes in helping his clients navigate our complex health insurance system and has worked with clients in virtually every industry sector. There is no single approach that works well for every client. Jeff focuses on building relationships by listening attentively to client needs, challenges, and pain points to create cost effective solutions that exceed expectations.

Jeff joined Watkins Insurance Group in January 2021 as a Senior Benefits Consultant. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in English from St. Edward’s University.  He holds multiple licenses including Life, Accident, and Health, Property & Casualty, and Life & Health Insurance Counselor.  Additionally, Jeff keeps up to date with the constantly evolving and changing industry by attending weekly webinars and reading industry publications.

When Jeff is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, hunting, and lifting weights.
