Sheila Noxon

Sheila Pennington Noxon serves as Executive Vice President and Insurance Advisor at Watkins Insurance Group, where she works primarily as a trusted advisor to long-standing clients and manages her own book of business. With more than 50 years in the insurance industry, she brings deep technical knowledge, steady judgment, and long-term perspective to complex client relationships.

Sheila joined Watkins Insurance Group in 2005 and became a shareholder in 2009. She later led the firm’s Commercial Lines department and served as Vice President of Operations, helping guide the agency through significant growth and organizational expansion. In 2018, she transitioned out of day-to-day operations, and in 2024, she stepped away from commercial department leadership, allowing her to focus fully on client advisory work while continuing to serve as a member of the agency’s executive leadership team.

Throughout her career, Sheila has remained active in the regional insurance community and professional organizations, including the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas, the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas, and the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and has served on multiple industry boards and agency councils.

Outside of work, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren, often at their lake house. She and her husband, Roger, also enjoy traveling together when schedules allow.
