As an Insurance Advisor for Watkins Insurance Group, Luke Draeken combines a strong academic foundation in finance with a genuine commitment to helping people make confident insurance decisions. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing, Luke approaches each client conversation with curiosity, empathy, and a clear focus on building lasting relationships rooted in trust, not transactions.
During his internship at Watkins, Luke gained firsthand experience supporting client needs and learning how personalized service can make a lasting impact. He believes effective advising starts with listening: understanding each client’s goals, identifying risks, and offering thoughtful, practical solutions. Luke stays committed to ongoing learning and keeps up with changing products and regulations so he can deliver timely, relevant guidance at every stage of the client relationship.
Outside the office, Luke enjoys golfing, trying new recipes, and watching sports with his dad and brothers. Whether connecting over coverage or catching up with friends, he brings the same energy: engaged, grounded, and always looking to build meaningful connections.
