Rae’s journey in insurance started as an adjuster on State Farm’s catastrophe team, where she handled a wide range of claims from hurricanes in Florida to earthquakes in California. This extensive field experience not only honed her expertise in property claims but also instilled a deep understanding of the real impacts of disasters on people’s lives. Transitioning to Watkins Insurance Group in 1999, Rae has since managed offices in Hawkins/Holly Lake and Longview, bringing her rich background and personal touch to each role.
